Meet Laura

Hi, my name is Laura and I am juggling work, life and being mum to two gorgeous girls.

Before I had my girls, I was in great shape, ate healthy, and loved the gym.
After they were born, life got challenging, and I gained weight. Some days, I felt so overwhelmed by my weight that I struggled to find motivation. Food became a comfort, I often didn’t want to leave the house and fell into a vicious cycle.
Then, I decided I wanted to be fitter and healthier for my girls; run, jump and play with them, not just watch them have fun with their dad. I started following inspiring people, but my initial approach was too extreme. I cut calories drastically, which led to binging and even more weight gain. Realising I needed accountability, I joined a personal training group. With their support, I lost 14 pounds in 12 weeks and drastically improved my mental health.

I had rediscovered my love for the gym and experiencing the positive changes in my body and mind was transformative, but I felt something was missing for women like me...

Working in the NHS since 2010, I’ve always wanted to help people, and I realised I could combine my passion/obsession for the body and fitness with this goal.
I am a fully qualified PT and willing to go over and above to help you achieve your goals.
